Cotswold Conference Centre


The Cotswold conference centre is located in Gloucestershire in the Midlands. Morris have never seen better equipped training rooms, seating up to 80 theatre-style. There are none of the usual hidden extras with LCD, PA etc. included in the price. Bedrooms are not luxurious, but have TV's and are spotless and well designed for your stay, the food is excellent and there are plenty of vegetarian options. Ethnic needs can be catered for with notice to the chef. There are two excellent bars on site with darts, pools, a skittle alley and a large TV with sports channel. We can organise barbecues by the lake for dinner, if the weather is good.

Conference Facilities:

Seven dedicated training and meeting rooms with several holding up to 100 delegates, plus a range of syndicate rooms and individual coffee lounges, too. The lounges have wireless broadband internet connectivity for you to stay in touch. Mobile phone reception is excellent across the main networks. The meeting rooms are set up to allow total flexibility over numbers by dividing them according to your needs. There’s also wheelchair access and lifts to all floors.

Each room is fully equipped with technology. LCD projection equipment is controlled through a ‘Crestron’ infrared panel. This gives the speaker instant ‘one touch’ control over audio-visual equipment, electronic blinds and lights.

Location::

From the North: A44 From Evesham
Approach The Cotswold Conference Centre from the A44 via the Broadway By Pass (follow the A44 Oxford and Broadway Tower sign). The entrance is on the left, hidden amongst trees between two stone pillars, on a sharp right hand bend half way up Fish Hill which overlooks Broadway Village.

From the South: A44 From Moreton-in-Marsh
Approximately 6 miles from Moreton-in-Marsh on the A44, after the B4081 junction take the next right turn to Saintbury just before the picnic area. After approx 1/2 mile on the first bend, take the left turn (effectively straight on) and then immediately left again signposted ‘Broadway - unsuitable for heavy vehicles’. This is a steep narrow lane. After 100 yards turn right into the road leading to the entrance to the Estate.

By Rail: Nearest stations are Moreton-in-Marsh or Evesham. Moreton-in-Marsh is on the London Paddington to Hereford line via Reading and Oxford. From Birmingham, Evesham is best served via Worcester. Both railway stations are a distance of approximately 7 miles.

24 Hour Conference Delegate Rate @ £150.00 per delegate.*
Includes – 3 course dinner with coffee, overnight accommodation, full English breakfast, working buffet lunch or 3 course lunch in the Dining Room. unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits throughout the day. Main meeting room hire and use of AV equipment in that room.

Day Delegate Rate @ £50.00 per delegate*
Includes – 3 course lunch in the Dining Room. Tea, coffee and biscuits throughout the day. Main meeting room hire and use of AV equipment in that room.
