Location makes the hotels an excellent choice for the conference organiser. Gatwick and Heathrow International Airports (20m/33km) are within easy reach as is London's Victoria station, only 20 minutes by train. Sutton is located between Croydon (5m/7km) East, Kingston (7m/11km) West, Wimbledon (7m/11km) North and the M25 (8m/12km) to the South.

The hotel's conference facilities consist of 12 rooms in total. All of which are situated on the first floor and air-conditioning and natural daylight as standard. You'll also find Business Services situated on the first floor to support the organiser.

The Orchard Suite is the hotels main suite and designed to accommodate a wide range of events including conferences, weddings, exhibitions, banquets and product launches. The room can also be divided into 3 separate rooms (Orchard 1,2 & 3) to provide the perfect environment for everything from an intimate dinner to a full-scale conference.

The Beech Suite is ideal for those smaller seminars, meetings, training course and private lunches and dinners. Whatever the format is required the Beech Suite is as flexible as you need it.

The London Borough of Sutton has also approved the hotels Beech Suite for the solemnization of Civil Marriages.

All eight of the hotels Boardrooms are equipped for business with comfortable chairs, tables with wooden working surface, International Direct Dial telephones, Modem point, soft drinks bar, tea & coffee making facilities and a screen for those all important presentations.

Each of the 116 air-conditioned en-suite hotel bedrooms feature international direct-dial telephones, modem points, satellite television, trouser press, iron & ironing board, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities.
