Morris Conference Rate Guarantee
Morris Conferencing Etc Ltd guarantee that when a price is offered to the client in writing that the venue will never offer a lower price if contacted direct.
Should this ever occur due to error by Morris or the venue in question then Morris Conferencing Etc Ltd will accept an invoice from the client to the value of the difference following the event.
This guarantee is only valid in conjunction with the terms and conditions below :
Morris Conferencing ETC Ltd (Morris) agrees to search out available and suitable venues in the locations, delegate requirements and dates advised by the client/company.
Morris offers the use of our databank of 23000 venues and the valuable advice and time of our consultants on the strict understanding that we are the sole agency instructed to contact the venues and negotiate regarding this conference enquiry.
Should other agencies subsequently be instructed or the client/company approach the Morris reserved venue/s directly thereby denying Morris a confirmation fee or commission to cover the work carried out by Morris then the client/company agrees to pay an invoice from Morris equal to the same amount Morris would have received from the venue for confirming the business.
This sole agency agreement is valid for one year from date of the enquiry taken at Morris even if dates, delegate numbers or conference specifications are changed in that period at the venues offered to the client/company by Morris
