Harrogate Swallow St George Hotel

This spacious Edwardian hotel is an ideal retreat for a weekend break. As soon as you arrive at the hotel, you will immediately feel a sense of warmth and relaxation. The Wharfedale Suite

The fully refurbished Wharfedale Suite can accommodate up to 120 delegates theatre-style or 120 guests for a drinks reception. Its a magnificent room with a stained glass dome, large bay windows and direct access to the gardens - an excellent setting for wedding receptions or private parties. The Wharfedale has full black-out facilities for film slide presentations, a dance floor and a mobile bar. For added flexibility, the doors between the main suite and the adjoining reception area fold back to provide an even larger area for exhibitions or demonstrations.

The Swaledale

The Swaledale can seat up to 180 guests for lunch or dinner and can also be used for conferences and exhibitions.

All the conference rooms are on the ground floor for ease of access and have been recently refurbished to a high standard. There is a mobile PA system which can be set up in any of the rooms. The hotel has a dedicated Conference and Banqueting Team to help make sure everything runs smoothly. They can also offer a range of business services: fax, photocopying and secretarial support.

MEETING ROOMS

The Boardroom

Equally suitable for small meetings or private dining, the Boardroom can seat up to 20 delegates theatre-style. The room is tastefully decorated, has good natural light and adjoins the main reception lounge.

The Calderdale Suite

The Calderdale can accommodate up to 30 delegates theatre-style and is a particularly good option for training sessions because it can divide into two syndicate areas and connects with the adjoining Nidderdale Suite. The Suite has a real Edwardian character, excellent natural light with full black-out facilities, air conditioning and is conveniently close to the main reception lounge.

The Nidderdale Suite

The Nidderdale Suite is suitable for smaller meetings or private dining for up to 38 people. It has good natural light (with black-out facilities) air conditioning and has a connecting door to the Calderdale Suite so both rooms may be used together.
