Preston Swallow Hotel

Easily accesible from the M6, the hotel has a wide range of facilities to help you relax and revitalise. The leisure club includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa and for those who wish to keep in shape, there is a fully equiped gym with experienced staff on hand to help you to achieve your goals.

The surrounding area of the hotel boasts some of Lancashire's finest countryside. There are many places of historic interest such as Samlesbury Hall and Hoghton Tower which is nearby.

After a full day out sightseeing or shopping, you can return to the hotel and enjoy a relaxing drink in the hotel's lounge before a delicious meal in the RAC award winning restaurant. Choose from a wide range of mouth watering dishes and fine wines served in spacious surroundings.

We have a Helicopter landing pad available for guest use in our hotel grounds, situated at the rear of the car park in its own space.

The Nelson Suite

The Nelson Suite is a good choice for conferences, receptions and presentations. The suite can accommodate 250 guests theatre-style and has good natural lighting with black-out facilities for slide and video presentations. With a stage and large dance floor, the suite provides an excellent venue for dinner dances, wedding receptions and banquets.

The suite has its own private entrance, cloakroom, lounge and bar, providing plenty of space for registration, syndicate work and for the service of refreshments.

The Hotel can offer a full range of business services including photocopying and secretarial support, along with audio visual equipment. In addition there is an experienced conference and banqueting team who provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Meeting Rooms

The Portsmouth

Situated on the first floor, the Portsmouth Room provides an excellent working environment for up to 40 delegates theatre-style. This room has full black-out facilities and air conditioning and is located near syndicate rooms for group work if required.

The Pendle

This is a popular choice for meetings of up to 25 delegates, U shape. The room has plenty of natural daylight, full black-out facilities, controllable lighting and air conditioning. The room has superb views of Pendle Hill, from which it takes its name.

The Britannia

The Britannia Room can accommodate up to 30 delegates boardroom-style and benefits from plenty of natural daylight, full blackout facilities and air conditioning. The room also includes an area for the service of refreshments or syndicate work.

Bowland

This is a new conference room for up to 22 boardroom style with plenty of natural daylight. The room is air conditioned and is an excellent choice for numerous types of events including training and meetings.

Victory

Another valuable addition to the facilities, this room can also hold approx. 22 boardroom style and has the benefit of natural daylight and air conditioning.

In addition to the main meeting rooms, a further two syndicate rooms are available.
