The three main rooms are the Bargate Suite, complete with wooden interior sprung dance floor and adjoining bar - suitable for 150 guests, Mr.C's function suite and bar - suitable for up to 75 guests and the Hamtun Room for smaller informal meetings and interviews. The following equipment is provided free in both meeting rooms: - Notepads & pencils, projection screen, flip chart, overhead projector, VHS video & monitor, water & squash. Additionally the Bargate suite has a PA system and portable staging. Further audio-visual equipment can be hired on a daily basis by prior arrangement.

Grosvenor Square multi-storey car park is behind the hotel and is operated by the City Council and the hotel will reimburse one ticket per room per 24 hours upon production of a valid receipt.
