The EMCC is unique in both its location and its adaptability as an all purpose conference and events venue. It is entirely purpose-built and incorporates the Jesse Boot Centre and the adjacent Banqueting and Exhibition Suite. Standing in 330 acres of landscaped parkland, the setting creates an ambient and peaceful atmosphere condusive to thinking, working and relaxing, yet is only 10 minutes away from the City of Nottingham. The Jesse Boot Centre comprises the main Conference Theatre for up to 550 delegates and five conference suites which breakdown to create 14 separate rooms, VIP lounges etc. The Conference Theatre can be transformed into a flat-floored function room for exhibitions and celebrations. With seating for up to 850 for meetings, 650 for banquets or up to 50 exhibition stands, the Banqueting and Exhibition Suite is an impressive addition to the centre and retains the versatility we pride ourselves on. Its moveable walls mean it can be split into separate sections, allowing different or relaxed events to be held adjacent to each other. The stunning Atrium adds a new dimension to the EMCC and is perfect for dinners up to 100 guests and conference catering for up to 200. The Gallery offers an intimate meeting space for up to 60 theatre style with a private dining area filled with natural light.
Venue location:
Leave M1 motorway at junction 25. Follow A52 to Notingham for approximately 4.5 miles. At the Toby Hotel roundabout turn right onto Woodside Road (B6464). At next roundabout turn left and follow the campus road for 1/2 mile. The EMCC is situated on the right hand side.
