Ball room:Accommodating up to 500 guests for cocktails and 320 for a banquet, the Ballroom is an ideal venue for large gatherings, having the advantages of a high ceiling, natural lighting, column-free space and street access.

Champagne Room: Adjacent to the Ballroom, the Champagne Room is decorated with an ornate fireplace, original chandelier, and large windows providing plenty of natural daylight.

The Champagne Room is sold with the Ballroom, and provides the ideal venue for a conference office a storage area.

Music room: With a capacity of up to 280 guests, the Music Room is a medium sized function room of distinctive identity and charm, characterized by a high ceiling, beautiful chandeliers, and ornate mouldings.

The Empire room: A charming room with north and west facing floor length windows and high ceilings, the Empire Room can accommodate up to 220 guests in theatre style or 100 in classroom configuration, and is also well suited for banquets and balls.

The Drawing room: Distinct in ambience from the hotel's other function rooms, the Drawing Room has its own personality, derived from its fine wood panelling and other unique architectural features. It is the ideal venue for parties of up to 150 guests.

The Harewood room: Designed to impress, the exquisite Harewood Room offers a private off-street entrance and foyer. The room also provides a permanent bar partitioned from the main area of the room, high ceilings, original chandeliers and natural daylight.

The Gazebo: Over looking the spectacular Winter Garden, the Gazebo can accommodate up to 150 guests and is a wonderful setting for cocktails.

The Tower Suite: One of London's most sought-after private dining rooms, the Tower Suite accommodates up to 36 guests for lunch or dinner in a flexible choice of table configurations. Meetings may also be conveniently hosted here.

Boardroom: Designed with the prestige meeting in mind and furnished with a solid yew table, the Boardroom can seat up to 25 delegates.
