Venue description:

The college is set in 30 acres of beautiful parkland on the banks of the River Thames. Our splendid facilities are available as a venue for Conferences, Meetings or Corporate Events. Our conference facilities are equipped with the latest audio-visual technology. Our in-house catering service provides the highest possible standards of cuisine and our reputation for excellence is well renowned within the Thames Valley area.

Venue location:

By Road

>From M4/London/Heathrow. Leave the M4 motorway at Junction 8/9 signposted to Henley (via the A404(M) ). Take the A4130 into the centre of Henley.

>From M4/Bristol. Leave the M4 at Junction 10 signposted A329(M) towards Reading. Follow the Henley signs via the A4 and the A321 through Wargrave. Then join the A4130 towards Henley Bridge.

>From M40. Leave the M40 at Junction 4. Take the A404 dual carriage way signposted Marlow/Bourne End. From Marlow town centre take the A4155, towards Henley-on-Thames.

>From M25/North. Leave the M25 at Junction 16. Take the M40, signposted Oxford. Then follow the directions above for arrival from M40.

>From M25/South. Leave the M25 at Junction 15. Take the M4 West. Then follow the directions for M4/London as above.

Car Parking. Up to 200 cars can be accommodated on the College site.

Conference facilities:

The College has 8 fully equipped conference rooms ranging in capacity from 20 to 115 persons. All rooms have full multimedia presentation facilities.

We have 27 syndicate rooms seating 8-12 persons. All syndicate rooms have networked computers, wall mounted video monitor, player, camera or video monitor and camcorder, OHP and screen, photocopying and hot/cold beverage facilities.

In addition we have two boardrooms, the Magnolia which seats 18 and Pavilion 3, which also seats 18.

We also have two computer training rooms with networked PCs.

Video Conferencing facilities are also available in most of our Conference and meeting rooms.

Henley Management College is a member of the Meetings Industry Association, Conference Centres of Excellence, International Association of Conference Centres and Johansens Recommended.
