The Elvet Suite

The complete Elvet Suite is spacious, pleasantly decorated and can accommodate up to 350 delegates theatre style, or 300 for dinner. It can be blacked out for video and slide presentations and has a private bar, reception area and cloakrooms. On the ground floor the Suite has direct access to the car park for loading and offloading equipment. The Suite also has a large dance floor, stage, PA system and is air conditioned. The Elvet Suite can be partitioned into two smaller room - the Hallgarth and the Oswald, giving a high degree of flexibility to your function.

The Bailey Room

This state of the art conference facility provides an impressive venue for a wide variety of occasions, combining the hotels traditional setting with modern design. It has ground floor access via the hotels main entrance and full air conditioning. The halogen lighting has dimmer controls for added flexibility and there are private washroom facilities incorporated.
