The elegant Georgian façade of The Bath Spa Hotel can only hint at the warmth,

Nestling among cedars, fountains and ponds the hotel offers all the amenities

homely country house.
The bedrooms are elegantly decorated, the bathrooms are luxuriously appointed in
mahogany and marble.
Close to the Roman Baths, Pump Room and the new Thermae Bath Spa, it is far
enough from the bustle of the city to be a perfect retreat.

Conference specs:
Admiralty
Used by Winston Churchill for Admiralty meetings, this room has a f! ine listed
panelled interior making it a stunning venue for board meetings and private
dining.
It has natural daylight and is entered from the colonnade. Holds up to 40 for
meetings, lunches and dinners.
50 for a reception.
Imperial
The Imperial, on the first floor overlooking the gardens, is the most opulent of
our smaller rooms and ideal for exclusive, confidential meetings or special
occasions.
It comprises two principal rooms, with majestic views over Sydney Gardens
towards the City of Bath. The Imperial has private bathroom facilities, making
it completely self-contained.
Private Dinners for up to 30 guests. Meetings for up to 18 delegates.
Kennet
The Kennet Room can be used in conjunction with the Avon, which is adjacent to
it, as a reception area, or quite separately as a venue for meetings or private
dining.
It features its own 'book case' bar and natural lighting. It has a capacity of
50 ! for lunch or dinner and 100 for a reception.
The Lansdown
A larger boardroom, on the ground floor overlooking the Alfresco Garden, the
Lansdown features a mahogany table, abundant natural light and private bathroom
facilities.
The Morrison
Situated on the ground floor with natural lighting and the latest in Video
Conferencing technology. Ideal for meetings for up to 12 delegates.
