Venue location:

FROM THE SOUTH The M9 becomes the A9 (dual carriageway) and you should continue on it for about 11 miles. Turn off at the junction with the A823 signed 'Crieff and Gleneagles'.

Turn left onto the A823 following the sign for The Gleneagles Hotel and golf courses' and the entrance to the hotel is on the left, about a mile further on.

Should you miss this exit from the A9, take the next one signed 'Auchterarder' and then turn left onto the A824 following the signs to 'Gleneagles and Crieff'. Turn left at the crossroads onto the A823. The hotel entrance is on the right, about half a mile further on.

FROM FURTHER SOUTH AND LONDON the quickest route is usually via the MI - M6 motorways. After Carlisle, follow signs for Glasgow, taking the A74 - M74. Leave the M74 at junction 4 and take the M73 signed to Stirling. This will lead you onto the A80, then the M80.

Take the M80 North and join the M9 signed to Perth. When the M9 becomes the A9, follow the local directions as detailed above. Do not be tempted to take the direction signed to Gleneagles as this goes to a private estate and is in the opposite direction to the hotel.

FROM THE NORTH leave the A9 at the exit for the A823 after the one signed 'Gleneagles Station'. Turn right onto the A823 following the sign for The Gleneagles Hotel and golf courses' and the entrance to the hotel is on the left, about a mile further on.

Conference facilities:

Using the latest technology, including AMX touch-screen control systems, plasma screens and LCD projectors, our technicians will help you choose suitable and effective equipment in your conference set-up.

With two 42" Plasma screens which are mobile and 1 50" fixed plasma screen in the Ruthven Suite, all of our smaller meeting rooms no longer have the inconvenience of having a LCD projector positioned on your boardroom table. Plasma screens take inputs form almost all AV equipment possible.

For our larger rooms we have 4 LCD projectors all above 1200 Ansi Lumens, some SVGA and some SXGA native resolution. Again when paired with our new facility panels you can have your swap from your laptop to video player almost anywhere in the room and keep projection from centrally located.

As you walk into your meeting room, each presenter will be able to customise his/her meeting room situation at a touch of a button. The AMX Touch-Screen Panels allow the user to easily move around a multimedia audio visual environment of their meeting room.

With easily selected options, the user can raise or drop screens from the roof, switch on Plasma Screens ,change the volume of the video player, change what laptop they want to present from, change from viewing a video, to a powerpoint slide show at a touch of a button. Combined with the equipment such as Multi-Standard VHS players, DVD players, Plasma Screens, LCD Projectors, CD players and traditional media such as Overhead projectors, cassette decks and 35mm slide projectors, we can easily help you meet every requirement desired my the most demanding presenter.

It's not just audio visual equipment that can be controlled by the AMX panels. All of the systems in the room can be controlled by these panels as well. As the sun rises, at your finger tips you can lower the blinds and reduce the heating levels.
