The Swallow Hotel, Glasgow is situated just off Junction 23/24 of the M8 motorway. Glasgow Airport is five miles away with its daily connections to London and most other domestic airports. Glasgow Central and Queen Street railway stations are approximately two miles from the hotel.

Conference facilities:

Convenient versatile conference and meeting facilities, ranging from the 300 seat full air conditioned Albany Suite to an exclusive boardroom. Syndicate rooms accommodating up to 8 delegates are also available.

The state-of-the-art and fully air conditioned suite can accommodate up to 300 delegates theatre-style or 270 guests for dinner and has extensive natural light. Full blackout facilities are also available for audio visual presentations. The hotel offers a comprehensive range of audio visual equipment. Further equipment can be hired on request.

Meeting Rooms

The Islay Suite
The first suite accessible from the conference and banqueting entrance lobby, the Islay is particularly suited to private diners and small wedding receptions. With full air conditioning and natural daylight, the suite makes an excellent exhibition and meetings venue.

The Bute Suite
This purpose built training room (not featured) can accommodate up to 24 delegates and has natural daylight. The Bute Room is also ideal for small dinner parties.

The Boardroom
Our purpose built Boardroom is the ideal setting for important board meetings, smaller training courses or private lunches and dinners.
