The Abbey Tavern Dublin:

The Abbey Tavern Restaurant is an authentic 16th Century intimate candlelit Restaurant. Renowned for its seafood, receiving supplies daily from the local harbour. Opening Tuesday - Saturday from 7pm till late; The Restaurant accommodates 75 persons and with its warm and unique atmosphere it is ideally suited for your personal and business entertaining. As you make your way downstairs you will enter The Abbey Tavern Pub. You will be struck by its old world charm, blazing turf fires, original stonewalls, flagged floors, gaslights and a really warm welcome where you can enjoy a drink or two on the way to the Barn. The Barn is our Banqueting/Entertainment Venue. We can cater for groups of up to 200 persons. The Barn is home to the world famous Abbey Tavern Singers & Musicians. We begin our show with our Irish dancers followed by a Traditional evening of song and music. Before the show we serve a typical three course Irish Dinner finishing with Irish coffee followed by a relaxed evening reflecting Ireland's wealth of music and song. The Loft is our private dining room and is ideal for dinner parties up to 45 or 50 persons. Situated just off our Restaurant, it is perfect for that special occasion.
