Gleneagles is the conference destination that combines business with pleasure. This world-class Five Red Star resort combines the latest technology with the luxury and elegance that benefits one of the world's leading hotels.

As well as in-house secretarial and photographic services the hotel has a dedicated business centre. There is a wide range of partner's programmes available and the entertainment can include traditional country dancing and Beating Retreat by the Gleneagles Pipe Band.

Our private function rooms are all adaptable for many purposes from exhibitions and conferences to grand dinner dances and corporate entertaining occasions.

The Gleneagles function suite is the best-equipped facility of its kind in the United Kingdom and includes a sophisticated audiovisual system. It has a total area of 3553 sq.ft (330 sq.m) with capacities of up to 360-theatre style using forward or back projection, 400 for receptions/cocktails, or 240 for elegant dinners. It can also be divided into three soundproof suites.

The Grampian Suite on the first floor of the centre overlooks the Equestrian Arena. This is an excellent venue for informal buffet dinners for up to 80 guests.

The Shooting Lodge presents a wonderful setting for summer barbeques and warming winter meals after a day's activities. An ideal venue for small groups of up to 40 guests.

Our team will build and de-rig conference sets and co-ordinate all your presentation requirements. They offer advice on appropriate equipment and service for maximum impact and can supply all necessary services.

One of our Events Services Managers will be dedicated to your event to help with the detailed planning and to ensure your event is a success on every level.

Our creative events team will organise anything from a Haggis hunt to traditional Highland Games. The Hotel has an unlimited range of leisure activities ideally suites to corporate events. Group shooting parties are always in demand. We aim to ensure a truly memorable stay for your guests.

Our exhibition areas have direct external access and all your equipment can be unloaded straight into your exhibition space. Our range of spaces and the back up from our technical support team will ensure that your exhibition is a real success.

Directions:
From South

The M9 becomes the A9 (dual carriageway) and you should continue on it for about 11 miles. Turn off at the junction with the A823 signed 'Crieff and GLENEAGLES'. Turn left onto the A823 following the signs for 'THE GLENEAGLES HOTEL and Golf courses' (do not be tempted to take sign to Gleneagles as this is a private estate) and the entrance to the hotel is on the left, about a mile further on.

Should you miss this exit from the A9, take the next one signed 'Auchterarder' and then turn left onto the A824 following the signs to 'GLENEAGLES and Crieff'. Turn left at the crossroads onto the A823. The hotel entrance is on the right, about half a mile further on.
