Hilton Sheffield's excellent conference and banqueting facilities offer purpose designed, air-conditioned meeting rooms, banqueting suites and training facilities that provide the ideal working environment for a success meeting.

Located on the ground floor, our prestigious Victoria Quays Suite will seat up to 250-theatre style or cater for up to 200 guests for a banquet. This versatile suite can be divided into two separate function rooms, ideal for break out meetings, training programmes and exhibitions. The Victoria Quays area, complete with it's own private bar and cloakroom, is situated on the quayside, which provides a unique setting for all kinds of events.

Adjacent to the Victoria Quay's suite on the ground floor are two feature arch rooms, built into the 130 year old railway arches. The rooms can cater for up to 50 delegates theatre style and 40 for a private dinner, both rooms offer the consistently high standards of a Hilton Meeting room.

On the first floor adjacent to Business Centre are 5 Hilton Meeting rooms two of which open up on to the terrace overlooking the quayside. The suites can cater for between 10 and 100 delegates in various layouts and are all equipped to the Hilton Meetings standard with natural daylight and air-conditioning.

Hilton Sheffield, on the historic quayside, is a unique setting for wedding celebrations. We ensure that every reception runs like a dream, our professional wedding co-ordinator will be delighted to assist in the preparations, advising on table plans and seating arrangements. The feature arch rooms are perfectly suited for a Civil Wedding Ceremony for up to 50 guests, and all the function rooms are licensed for the Ceremony.
