FOR CONFERENCES:
*Oriana's Southampton departures will facilitate delegates embarking the ship and the loading on and off of any equipment.
*The theatre and cinema provide cinema-style seating for 664/189 people.
*She has numerous smaller rooms which may be used for meetings, syndicates, cocktail parties etc. In addition there are a number of larger rooms that can be divided into smaller areas. All rooms are provided free of any extra charge.
*She carries a range of conference equipment - enough to meet most needs. Again this is provided free with no extra cost, if it should happen that we do not have everything that you require we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements for it to be placed on board for your use.
*On board there are typing, photocoping and faxing facilties as well a modern satelitte communication system.
*Oriana has two restaurants offering identical menus, as well as The Conservatory, a more informal dining venue serving breakfast and lunch. It is possible during the whole ship charters to seat over 1200 people at any one sitting by using all three dining areas.
*Her wide range of facilties make it the perfect venue for combing business with pleasure allowing delegates to make the most of their spare time and the organisers the freedom to accommodate, feed and entertain their guests under one roof.

Restaurant Seating
Meals onboard are served at two seperate sittings - First and Second. Meal times vary for princess and P&O, the timings are shown on the booking form at the back of the relevant brouches. Restaurant seating is confirmed at the time of the booking so it is important that you let us know at that stage which sitting you would prefer and whether you need a smoking section. All dining requests are subject to availability

Approaching Southampton on M3, join M27 Westbound signed 'Southampton Docks'. Leave M27 Junction 3, follow signs for Dock Gate 10. Once through Dock Gate 10 follow signs to Mayflower Cruise Terminal.
