New Place is a dedicated Training and Conference Centre owned and operated by Initial Style Conferences. The Grade 1 listed Manor House, set in 32 acres of landscaped gardens and woodlands forms the centrepiece of our varied facilities. You have the choice of 14 fully equipped training rooms, either character rooms within the Manor House or modern air-conditioned rooms in Management Centre. There are 110 well-appointed bedrooms, all en-suite with colour TV, tea/coffee making facilities, radio/direct dial telephone, hairdryer,

trouser-press and ironing centre. Our two dining areas, the Manor House Restaurant and Cafe Metz offer fine cuisine. The leisure activities include indoor heated swimming pool; jacuzzi; sauna; fitness centre; trim trail; tennis courts; croquet; volleyball; putting & cricket. Outdoor teambuilding activities and fun days are available by arrangement. Whatever your requirements we can assist you with the planning and organisation.

Directions:
Southbound - Exit M25, J12 Southbound M3. Exit M3, J 11 to Winchester B3335. At the traffic lights turn left to Twyford/Bishops Waltham. Drive through Twyford, turn left onto the B2177 to Bishops Waltham. At Bishops Waltham follow signs to Wickham B2177. Having passed straight through Waltham Chase, at the small crossroads turn left into Upper Church Rd. After 400 yards turn left. Our entrance is on the left.

Westbound - Exit M27, at J10 to Alton A32. Follow these signs until you reach roundabout at Wickham. Turn left onto B2177. After 2 miles turn right to Shirrell Heath/Swanmore/New Place. Our entrance is 1/2 a mile on the left.

By Train - (1hr) London Waterloo - Southampton Parkway

(NB Fareham Station is ten minutes from the centre.)

There are taxi ranks at both stations.

By Air - Southampton Airport is 10 miles.
